The City of Richland, Mississippi will receive competitive bids for construction of the Elevated Tank Repainting. Owner will receive Bids at Richland City Hall located at 380 Scarbrough Street, Richland, Mississippi 39218 until 10:00 AM CDT on the 27th day of August, 2021 at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.

Project Description: Project will consist of interior and exterior painting of two 250,000 gallon Elevated Tank Pedi-spheres with Logos and containment. Make necessary repairs as indicated.
Owner requires the Project to be completed in 150 calendar days.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are on file and open for public inspection at the office of the Engineer, Engineering Service, at 115 Aerosmith Drive, Richland, Mississippi, 39218. A complete set of Bidding Documents are available through Plan House Printing. Those interested in viewing or obtaining documents are required to register for an account at www.engserviceplans.com. Registration requires a valid email address. Bid Documents may be obtained upon payment of $100.00 (which is non-refundable) and must be purchased through the website or by phone. Call Plan House Printing at (662)407-0193 regarding questions about registration or placing orders.

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid.

Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 16 – Instructions to Bidders – EJCDC. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
