Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost

The Rankin County Board of Supervisors will receive competitive bids for the Oak Grove Drainage Improvements project located in Rankin County, MS. Owner will receive Bids at their board room located at 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042 or electronically at until 10:00 AM local standard time on the 10th day of May, 2018 at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.

Project Description: Replace 1500+ feet of Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipe along Acorn Lane and Oak Grove Drive in Rankin County, MS. Project will include the removal of existing pipe and drainage structures, replacement of those pipes and drainage structures along with sidewalk, curb and gutter, and driveways. Project also includes the rehabilitation of large concrete drainage pipe will CIPP along Oak Grove Drive.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are on file and open for public inspection at the office of the Engineer, Engineering Service, at 115 Aerosmith Drive, Richland, Mississippi, 39218. A complete set of Bidding Documents are available through Plan House Printing. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document [00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders].

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
