Sealed Bids for the construction of the Clinton Park Elementary North Pavement Reconstruction will be received by Clinton Public Schools, at 201 Easthaven Drive, Clinton, MS 39060, or electronically at , until 10:00 a.m. local time on March 6, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The project consists of removing approximately 10,000 square yards+/- of existing asphalt, 2,000 linear feet +/- of curb& gutter, 1,000 linear feet +/- of storm drain, approximately 10,000 square yards of lime treatment, approximately 1,000 linear feet +/- of new storm drain (ranging in size from 15” – 48” diameter pipe) and associated inlets, approximately 3,600 tons of hot mix asphalt and reapplying pavement markings.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Engineering Service, 115 Aerosmith Drive, Richland, MS 39218, 601-939-8737. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may view and obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below.

Printed or digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available through Plan House Printing. Those interested in viewing or obtaining documents or submitting an electronic bid are required to register for an account at Registration requires a valid email address. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
