Sealed Bids for the construction of the CLINTON HIGH SCHOOL 2020 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the CLINTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS, at 201 EASTHAVEN DRIVE, CLINTON, MS 39060, or electronically at, until 10:00 am local time on March 16th, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of milling and repaving the entire parking area of the high school. This will consist of milling of approximately; 33,000 sy +/- of asphalt, 4,000 +/- tons of asphalt paving, 16,000 lf +/- of 4” pavement markings. In addition to the pavement work, drainage improvements will be a part of this project as well. The drainage improvements will consist of approximately; 625 lf +/- of plastic pipe ranging in diameters of 6” – 30”, 10 plastic drainage inlets and 2 concrete inlets.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are on file and open for public inspection at the office of the Engineer, Engineering Service, at 115 Aerosmith Drive, Richland, Mississippi, 39218. A complete set of Bidding Documents are available through Plan House Printing. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
