Sealed Bids for the construction of the CENTRAL OFFICE 2020 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION will be received by the CLINTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS electronically at, until 10:00 a.m. local time on May 5, 2020. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic all bids must be submitted electronically. Bids will be opened and recorded by the engineer and school officials. Results will be emailed to all submitting bidders and posted at within 24 hours of the bid opening.

The Project consists of milling and repaving the entire parking area of The Clinton Public Schools Central Office, including approximately 4,000 sy +/- of milling, 745 +/- tons of asphalt paving, 1,200 lf +/- of 4” pavement markings.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are on file and open for public inspection at the office of the Engineer, Engineering Service, at 115 Aerosmith Drive, Richland, Mississippi, 39218. A complete set of Bidding Documents are available through Plan House Printing. Those interested in viewing or obtaining documents or submitting an electronic bid are required to register for an account at Registration requires a valid email address. Bid Documents may be obtained upon payment of $100.00 (which is non-refundable) and must be purchased through the website or by phone. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
