MONTGOMERY STREET PAVING PROJECT

The City of Winona, Mississippi will receive competitive bids for construction of the Montgomery Street Paving Project at Winona City Hall located at 409 Summit Street, Winona, Mississippi 38967 until 10:00 AM local standard time on the 7th day of June, 2021 at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic Bids will be accepted for this project. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.

Project includes the following Work: The project consists of overlaying ten separate roads totaling approximately 11,107 linear feet of roadway with 2” of surface course asphalt (SC-1).
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit of $100 for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
