Bids for the construction of Statewide Decommissioning of Water Wells will be received at the office of Mississippi State Department of Health located at 570 East Woodrow Wilson Drive, Jackson, MS 39216, until July 13, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic bids will be accepted for this project.

The Project includes the following Work:

Proper decommissioning of inactive wells owned by the various Public Water Supplies throughout the State of Mississippi.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
