21-E-8021 Mendenhall 2021 Waterline Extension #12902

Bids for the construction of 2021 Waterline Extension from Industrial Park Well and Tank will be received at the City of Mendenhall, Mississippi located at City Hall, 172 West Maud Avenue, Mendenhall, MS 39114, until 10:00 a.m. local time on March 17, 2023. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Electronic bids will not be accepted for this project.

This Project consists of installation of approx. 9,300-linear feet of new 8-inch PVC and HDPE (C-900) waterline. Work will also include gate-valve installations, fire-hydrant installations, tie-ins to existing waterlines, horizontal directional drills (HDD), driveway bores, and other miscellaneous work necessary for project completion.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased from the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
