Bids for the construction of Hwy 49-East Eagle Post Rd Sanitary Sewer Additions will be received by the

City of Florence, MS at City Hall located at 203 College Street, Florence, MS 39073, or electronically at

www.engserviceplans.com until July 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received

will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work:

Installation of 4” sanitary sewer force main, 8” gravity sewer, 4” sanitary sewer service connections,

concrete manholes and three pump stations.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website:

www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted

electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of

registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All

official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated

website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if

any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through

Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
