Clarification on pipe depth for replacement. 24" pipe for base bid replacement has avg. depth of 4', measured from natural ground to pipe invert. 30" pipe for add alternate replacement has avg. depth of 6' from natural ground to pipe invert. 42" pipe for add alternate replacement has a depth of 7' at curb inlet location and approximate avg. depth of 9' upstream.
