The Rankin County Board of Supervisors will receive competitive bids for the construction of the 2023 Willow Brook Drainage Improvements. Owner will receive Bids at their board room located at 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042 and electronically at www.engserviceplans.com until February 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work:

The project consists of: The removal of; two existing drainage inlets, 43 lf of culvert of various sizes, 38 linear feet of curb and gutter, 8 square yards of minor concrete pavement, 37 square yards of asphalt pavement. Installing; two cast in place curb inlets, 29 linear feet of 23” x 36” reinforced concrete arch pipe, 8 linear feet of 18” x 29” reinforced concrete arch pipe, 8 linear feet of 31” x 51” reinforced concrete arch pipe, 1 - 23” x 36” flared end section, 30 cubic yards of muck excavation, one concrete collars, 59 tons of 610 crushed limestone, 38 linear feet of curb & gutter, 12 tons of asphalt, and 50 square yards of sodding. A utility allowance will be included. All quantities stated above are approximate values.

The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.
