Bids for the construction of 2025 Street Paving Project will be received at the office of The City of Winona located at 409 Summit Street, Winona, MS 38967, (or electronically at www.engserviceplans.com) until June 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work:

This project consists of milling and overlaying Front Street, Magnolia Street, Quitman Street, and North Vine Street.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.
