The Rankin County Board of Supervisors will receive competitive bids for the construction of the Gunter Road Phase III project. Owner will receive Bids at their board room located at 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042 and electronically at www.engserviceplans.com until December 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The

Project includes the following Work: The project will include the widening and overlay of a portion of Gunter Road in Florence, MS.

The Project includes asphalt paving, drainage culverts, excavation, and driveway repair. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased from the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.
